At HBS-Buyway, it is our primary focus to offer eco-friendly alternatives for everyday items. One of the challenges to offering eco-friendly products online is that the method of delivery is typically not the most environmentally friendly. That’s why we plant one tree for every delivery, to offset any emissions involved in the delivery of your order. It’s also why we’ve decided to be very limited when it comes to returns in general, as it goes against our mission of offering a one-way, plastic-free and waste-free shopping experience.
Please review our policy carefully, as by placing an order with HBS-Buyway, you agree to all terms and conditions regarding the acceptance of products in your order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. If you do not fully and completely agree with our policies, please cease from using our services.
When ordering with HBS-Buyway, you acknowledge that all products purchased are shipped on a one-way basis. All sales are final.
There are no options to cancel, refund, replace or change items once an order is placed.
At HBS-Buyway, we pre-inspect each and every item prior to shipment to ensure quality control of products that leave our facility. Please review our thorough descriptions for each product to confirm that it is the correct product for you.
In the event that an incorrect product was included in your order, please contact us immediately for a replacement for the correct item.
LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
If there are any damages or losses caused by the shipping/delivery carrier of products ordered, you agree that HBS-Buyway will not be held responsible for any claims, disputes or issues caused by the carrier.
If any issues arise during shipment, whether it is a late or presumed lost delivery, or if you receive the parcel with damages, please contact the delivery carrier directly for instructions on how to be reimbursed for any losses or damages. If upon taking up the issue with the delivery carrier, that anything is required from HBS-Buyway for your claim, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you and the carrier to help out with resolving the issue.
HBS-Buyway does not directly provide any warranties with regard to the products available and will not refund or replace a defective product. As mentioned previously, we inspect each and every item prior to shipment. However, if you find that with use of the product it does not align with the manufacturer’s claims about said product, any and all matters relating to the manufacturer’s warranty are between yourself and the manufacturer. If you require contact information for the manufacturer, we can provide that for you.
